I need some feedback/advice on this situation. Here is the case:

I have a friend. Yes, a friend (straight) who has a person they are dating. This person states they do not have any animosity towards the LGBT community. When speaking about LGBT people them, they would start by saying, "I have nothing against them, but" or "Not that I am like that, but".  What do I say to them about the person they are dating?
