Well, in Istaria, I had to do something quite difficult. I had to decide to merge Obsidian Order in with Strata guild. Both guilds have a long standing and it's good fit. Still, there are some hard things yet to do. I've got other members of the guild to get swapped over yet. I've got my own alts still in the wings. In fact, OO was even better set up as a guild than Strata. Part of it all is in the structure, part is in the presence. I'm helping Sonea come up with their guild colors and device, something we did in OO a long time ago. There's the management aspect that I'm still trying to NOT be a part of. Sonea, Idana, and a few others have mentioned they'd like me to take part in some of the guild leadership aspects. I've been turning them down. They have some qualified people who could step up to do those instead of coming in as an outsider and taking over. On top of that, we have new world projects and already they're showing good signs to a quick completion. Still, the construction projects are going well from Last Stand and South Gate. It's only a matter of time on them until we have some huge results.

All in all, a very good month even with the adversity of merging guilds.
